Kuwait Cable Maintenance Project: Public Announcement of Qualified Suppliers for XLPE Cable Accessories

As of January 9^th, 2026

On December 24^th, 2025, China National Cable Engineering Corporation (referred to as CCC) issued the "Pre-Qualification Announcement for Eligible Suppliers of Cable Accessories Purchase ", in order to conduct the annual update of the qualifications of existing qualified suppliers and accept applications from new suppliers. Now, the finalist status of qualified suppliers that have passed the review as of January 9^th, 2026 is publicly announced as follows:

I. Prequalification Results

As of January 9^th, 2026, Changlan Technology Group Co., Ltd has submitted its annual qualification renewal documents during this announcement period. Following CCC’s review, the documentation was found to meet all requirements. The supplier is therefore approved to renew its qualification and retain its status on the approved supplier list. The qualified supplier is eligible to directly participate in CCC's relevant procurement projects' bidding or inquiry processes before December 31^st, 2026, without the need for repeated prequalification.

II. Subsequent Arrangements

1. Announcement Period: The announcement period for this update result is from January 9^th, 2026 to January 15^th, 2026.
2. Objection Handling: If there is any objection to the result, it can be submitted via email (tender@chinacables.com) during the announcement period. CCC will verify and give a reply; if no objection is received during the announcement period, we will officially include the suppliers that have passed the review into the qualified supplier database.
3. List Updates: During 2026 year, CCC will continue to accept applications for new suppliers to be included in the database. New suppliers that are assessed as qualified will be irregularly added to this qualified supplier database and publicly announced. We welcome more capable manufacturers to contact us to jointly explore cooperation opportunities.
