变电站内的母线架设现场
由我司负责承建的孟加拉七环水泥厂132kV输变电工程EPC项目主要包括新建132KV七环变电站、老站改造、埋地电缆敷设以及全长6.5公里的单回路架空线路架设工作。
2020年初因疫情影响造成项目暂时停工，我司项目执行人员虽然无法返回现场，但仍然保持与业主的沟通联系，积极分项落实后续工作计划和安排。
The Seven Circle Bangladesh Limited 132kV Transmission Line and Substation Project undertaken by CCC mainly includes construction of the new 132kV Seven Circle Substation, the renovation of the old station, the laying of buried cables, and the erection of a single circuit overhead line with total length of 6.5 kilometers.
Affected by the COVID-19 in early 2020, CCC’s workers and staff members were unable to return to worksite and schedule was suspended. However, during this difficult period, they maintained communication and consultation with the Owner, obtaining their understanding and actively implemented the follow-up work plan and arrangement.

10月18日，项目部克服疫情困难重返现场复工，正式启动项目的收尾工作。截至目前，光缆接续及新站一次设备的连线已经完成，高压电缆终端、开关柜调试及新站二次设备接线在紧张有序地进行中，并着手准备最后一台隔离开关的安装及保护控制设备调试，该项目有望于12月底前完成最终的设备联合调试并交付业主。
项目现场的工作人员面对疫情造成的人员短缺、社会治安形势严峻等诸多不利因素情况下，科学地做好自身防护，积极协调各方，保证了项目的有序实施，降低了收尾工作成本，施工进度及质量均得到业主的认可。在下一阶段工作中，项目部将在继续做好疫情防控的同时，攻坚可难抓进度，确保质量抢工期，严格落实现场安全，有效保证项目顺利收尾。
On 18th October of 2020, the project staff returned to the site to resume construction successfully. Up to now, the connection of the optical cable and the equipment of new station have been completed. At present, CCC are executing on the high-voltage cable terminal, switch cabinet debugging and the secondary equipment wiring of the new station, and preparing for the installation of the last isolating switch and the debugging of the protection control equipment. It is expected that the final joint commissioning of the equipment will be completed and delivered to the Owner before the end of December.
Facing of many unfavorable factors such as the impact by the COVID-19, the shortage of personnel, and the severe social security situation, project site staff protect themselves and actively coordinate all parties to ensure the orderly implementation of the Project, reducing the cost of finishing work. Both the quality and the progress of project by CCC have been praised by the Owner. In the next step, CCC will strictly implement site safety and quality control, and ensure the successful completion of the project effectively.
